Turning Lives to a Better Life, LLC is a behavioral health agency committed to serving the Baltimore community. We provide services to individuals who need ongoing mental health support through individual counseling, group therapy and skill-building. We help adults, adolescents and minors develop skills, confidence, coping strategies and communication skills to thrive and become more independent. Our mission is to provide access to compassionate, individualized and quality services that support the growth and empowerment of the residents of Baltimore and its surrounding areas.

Trina McCaskill, owner and CEO believes everyone deserves the support and opportunity to live with purpose and dignity. Her journey has been one that has taken her from struggle to strength, and she believes in providing a place for others to find support, encouragement and hope.
